Rates & Fixed Pricing (excl. VAT)*
Standard hourly rates apply, with a minimum charge of one hour. After the first hour, billing is in 15-minute increments.

Our pest control service is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Weekend availability may be arranged upon request. The hourly rate is £120, with most issues requiring at least two treatments.

Trust a Trader ensures protection against faulty workmanship or materials in unexpected situations, with policies in place to safeguard customer interests.
Additional Information
- Hourly rate work has a minimum charge of one hour, then billed in 15-minute increments.
- Payment is required in full upon receipt of the invoice via credit/debit card (secure chip & pin payment available).
- Estimates are generally free but may incur a charge based on the work’s complexity, time, and location.
- Fixed prices (*) are subject to VAT and can be provided verbally or in writing before work begins.
- Commercial boiler and gas safety certificates are billed at commercial and gas hourly rates.
- Materials supplied are charged at trade purchase price plus a handling fee.
- Collection of non-stock materials is limited to a maximum of 45 minutes at the current hourly rate.
- Digital invoices include a detailed breakdown of labor, materials, and work times (hard copies available upon request).
- Insurance reports are billed at the trade’s hourly rate + VAT but can be credited toward future work.
- No surcharge for credit card payments.
